Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bz880 ("bz880", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bz880 website located at bz880.app and all associated services, products, and features made available through that domain.

By accessing bz880.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bz880 platform.

bz880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Last updated" field above will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read alongside bz880's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed those documents.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of bz880 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy every condition listed below before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bz880 operates as an exclusively adult gambling platform. Any individual under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on bz880.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding agreements, you are not eligible to use bz880.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on bz880. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or deposit freeze that you have previously requested on bz880 or any partner platform.
• Own funds: You must be gambling with funds that belong to you personally. Using funds obtained by third parties, through credit arrangements not disclosed to bz880, or through any illicit means is prohibited.

Account Registration

To access bz880's full range of gaming and betting services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

During registration, you will be required to choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bz880 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bz880 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bz880 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including during or after the registration process, if it has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 are not met, or that the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by bz880 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Bonuses & Promotions

bz880 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms applicable to that specific promotion.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a wagering requirement means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion description.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the promotion period.
• bz880 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change to its terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or any conduct designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• bz880 may, at its absolute discretion, offer personalised promotions to individual players based on their account history. These offers are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bz880. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using another person's identity or contact details.
• Using bz880 if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 18.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including theft, fraud, or proceeds of crime.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, including deliberately cycling funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any non-human process to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit pricing or bonus structures.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bz880 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at bz880 staff or other players through any communication channel.

bz880 employs active fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems will be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, access to funds may be restricted. bz880 will communicate the reason for any suspension to the account holder via their registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension being applied.

Account Suspension & Closure

bz880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by bz880.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, pending investigation by bz880 or relevant authorities.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude or to close their account voluntarily, which bz880 will always honour promptly.
• An account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated a dormant account and may be subject to administrative closure, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable dormant account procedures.

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where bz880 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be forfeited in their entirety. Genuine deposits not subject to dispute will be returned at bz880's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.
